ADÖKSAN Industrial Design

Location: Miskolc, Hungary

15.000 sq.m. factory complex was designed for ADÖKSAN Die Casting Company, with cooperation with Yapi-Akademisi (Turkey). Structure is designed using 500 ton structural steel. 

Located upon a 5m-thick expansive soil layer, the whole complex is piled, and special considerations were applied to avoid expansion pressure on the raft slab.

Pumphouse evaluation

Location: Vasteras, Sweden

Existing pumphouse structure was evaluated. Detailed shell FE model was applied to catch the real behaviour of the assymetric baseplate connection. 
Non-linear plastic analysis showed that reinforcing of the structure is required, which was designed also.

Horse Round Pen Design

Residential Villa

Location: Balaton, Hungary

A two-storey luxorious residential villa was designed on the direct shore of lake Balaton. With groundwater at 30cm depth, and a maximum pile load above 200kN, this project was ideal for helical pile deep foundation. Applied pile depth reached 10m.
