ADÖKSAN Industrial Design

Location: Miskolc, Hungary

15.000 sq.m. factory complex was designed for ADÖKSAN Die Casting Company, with cooperation with Yapi-Akademisi (Turkey). Structure is designed using 500 ton structural steel. 

Located upon a 5m-thick expansive soil layer, the whole complex is piled, and special considerations were applied to avoid expansion pressure on the raft slab.

Visitor's Center
Location: Veresmart, Hungary

A lakeside located wooden structure being part of a significant tourism-related investment in eastern Hungary. The structure is built upon a floating RC deck supported by helical piles.

Pumphouse evaluation

Location: Vasteras, Sweden

Existing pumphouse structure was evaluated. Detailed shell FE model was applied to catch the real behaviour of the assymetric baseplate connection. 
Non-linear plastic analysis showed that reinforcing of the structure is required, which was designed also.

High School Building

Location: Szentendre, Hungary

A beatiful new school building in the historical district of Szentendre, completely reinforced concrete design.

Horse Round Pen Design

Location: Nyiregyhaza Zoo, Hungary

A covered round pen for horse schooling was designed at the biggest Zoo in Middle-Europe. Astonishing appearance and elegant design describes the structure.

Elevated Tank Platform

Location: TEVA factory, Debrecen, Hungary

A regular elevated steel platform was designed at TEVA factory.

Church Building Design

Location: Csömör, Hungary

Outstanding church building for Csömör Baptist Church. It's covered by steep timber roof structure with wide open interior spaces, making it a challenging stiffness-oriented design.

Residential Villa

Location: Balaton, Hungary

A two-storey luxorious residential villa was designed on the direct shore of lake Balaton. With groundwater at 30cm depth, and a maximum pile load above 200kN, this project was ideal for helical pile deep foundation. Applied pile depth reached 10m.

Water Basecenter

Location: Veresmart, Hungary

Molo design

Location: Nyiregyhaza, Hungary

This pedestrian molo was built upon helical piles. No other foundation technology was applicable in the hardly-accessible construction area.
